It depends on the station. Maybe you could be more specific.I notice when I listen to radio and the mix on I here dj play the song fully then play bomb no blending or mixin period is what they do radio nowadays do radio stations still have mixshow directors

Even then they have a set list of what they will be playing. They don’t just randomly start spinning records. It depends on the station. Maybe you could be more specific.
For example, WXBK has a staff of 12 mixers in addition to their regular personalities:

New Yorks #1 For Throwbacks | 94.7 The Block | WXBK-FM
New York's #1 Station for Throwbacks is here. See station playlist, host lineup, contests, audio and blogs. Listen LIVE on Audacy!www.audacy.com
Their playlist has about a thousand songs, but a lot of them are just snippets used in mixes. So this may be more of what you're looking for.

I don't like that either. If you want hear some REAL MIXING: Hot 100.9-Indianapolis, V103-Atlanta, and of course, 102 Jamz-Greensboro.
I remember back in the early 90's when I lived in Lubbock, I could pick up Q93 when it was also on 1280AM. Dj Ro was a bad boy back then when he did Club 93 with Uptown Angela. Are they still married?Louisiana stations have some fire mixshows. In BR, Kool DJ Supamike on Max 94.1 mixes live every weekday at 4pm. DJ Bootsie also mixes 9-12 Saturday nights. DJ Dolby D is also pretty hot on the dial. He is on Q95.5, Kiss 98.7 (Alexandria), and Max 94.1. Hot 107.9 in Lafayette recently picked up DJ Chill and he does a fire mixshow every weeknight at 8. 107.9 also does the Friday Morning Breakfast Jam if you’re more into old school and throwbacks. In Monroe 100.1 got some fire mixshows with DJ Make a Move and Jigga JT. In New Orleans DJ Ro has been mixing on Q93 since the 1990s. Q93 also has the Social Shakedown every sat night 7-10pm with a whole lotta bounce music. So yeah mixshows are definitely still a thing
I am and still enjoying them very much.I strongly suggest you listen to those mix shows while you still can.
My favorite is "West Coast Wednesdays".My boy Hector, DJ CO1 does some fine mixing and turntablism on Q100.5 Las Vegas. Every holiday weekend wall to wall mixshows. Every day at noon is an hour long live mix called the Q Cafe. Music – Old School – Hector Minjarez
I learned a new word: "turntablism". I will now start using it and beat it to death...My boy Hector, DJ CO1 does some fine mixing and turntablism on Q100.5 Las Vegas.
