I've heard from a friend in the area that 106.7 The Pinnacle WLFX Kentucky has flipped to all-Christmas today. They sent me a OTA clip to confirm.

A couple others I'm aware of via the stations live stream.

Then I can note, as mentioned in the Colorado forum thread on KSRC, that KOSI in Denver will begin its Christmas programming November 13 between 4 and 6 pm.

Why do you think that "All Christmas" playlists are just 40 songs?.
 
103.1 WTOJ appears to have flipped. (Stream)
99.3 WAJK also appears to have flipped. Could have flipped on November 1st as they posted it on their website then, but I have no way of knowing for sure.

Via station websites
102.3 WSUS will be flipping on November 8th while 103.3 WARM will be flipping on November 15th.
 
IHR's new B97.3 in Milwaukee (which assumed the IP and format of WLDB, now a K-Love outlet, a few weeks ago) is now all-Christmas, as of early this morning. Oldies WRXS (106.9), the other typically festive station in the market, hasn't flipped yet.
