I feel bad for Radio Dabang. I don't know if they were mislead or walked into this lease knowing this was always a possibility. Centro should have been more aggressive in addressing interference by moving frequencies or going very directional.

Speaking of which, that little directional 92.5 translator can be heard loud and clear in Spring.
Maybe the FCC needs to come pay a visit to all of Centro's stations. They sure seem to get a lot of coverage out of 30 watts.![]()
Maybe their excuse is they are using metric measurements.
A lot of these translators are putting out way too much power. "Pirates in the name of Jesus" Spanish religious. Maybe - they should check their Bibles again before violating the law.
Or classic hits by someone who claims to be a minister...what a joke...
Either the overachieving Centro translators are having technical difficulties or they've lowered their power down. No stereo carriers on 94.1, 105.3, and 104.5. Their other translator is weaker than before as well, but still going beyond their highly directional pattern.
Seems like KTBZ-HD2 is now rebroadcasting KTRH 740 as of this afternoon. A quick scan down the dial didn't turn up K283CH on any of the iHeart HD subchannels or on any AM.
Interestingly, the same content heard on K283CH was also heard temporarily on 880 AM over the weekend. Wasn't there this afternoon as 880 had different music on the air.
Anyone able to find the originating channel that K283CH is rebroadcasting or is this now an illegal broadcast?
So 104.5 is Spanish Music, what are 94.1 and 105.3 playing? And is 97.3 still off?
