WLTW FM in New York City ranked in the top 3 stations for a very long time.
WYXB FM in Indianapolis, IN consistently ranked in the top 2 with the new PPM format.
KSFI FM in Salt Lake City
WSHH FM Pittsburgh
KOST FM in Los Angeles, top 3 or 4
Those are some of the soft ACs I know that usually perform consistently well.

Those are some of the soft ACs I know that usually perform consistently well.
WLTW and KOST aren't that soft anymore. And WLIT in Chicago plays "What I Like About You." Hardly any of the old school soft ACs are as soft as they used to be.
