Maybe they'll put a Rock station on 100.7 with O&A on mornings and JR and Kate during the day. This will make both the Top 40 fans and the Rock fans happy and we can all live in peace! Maybe...
Alexander won't work on Top 40. That's a definite. JR and Kate doing rock? No f-ing way. They suck at what they do right now.
FightingIrishman said:The thing I don't understand is why the five day delay with Christmas music? Why didnt they just flip then and there or wait until they were ready and flip?
It was a corporate decision. They need time to prepare. The Detroit Free FM that flipped basically did a lineup shuffle and simulcast of its AM sister. That takes no time at all. Also, a long stunting period generates more buzz.

Those mistakes were from the brain of Joel Hollander, former Chief Executive Idiot.

Is there a website where I could see if new call letters have been registered to 93.7?
FightingIrishman said:I looked on the FCC website under the station search and nothing i read showed a call letter request being made at this time. I think I am in the right place but maybe it takes a couple days for the paper work to go through or CBS radio hasn't gotten that far yet........
clangham said:Rumor has it J.D.B.S. in morning drive, Griffith in mid day, Hartwell in afternoons, up in the air so far otherwise. Have no idea if it is true, but the people who told me this were right on the money first time around rumors on B, Krock, and Zone happenings. I guess we will see.

Like 10 years ago. But he's also the APD of Star. I don't see CBS having him work both stations...unless Ryan Mill is out and the Star will be flipping soon.

My guess is they're too busy this week to get around to calls. And since WBZZ is taken, there's no rush.
