dfwrunner...I, too, prefer "innocence till proven guilty" - however, guilt often in these cases surfaces long before the formal process finds one guilty.
Here are some facts:
1. The SEC stripped Al Kaleta of his license due to his inappropriate investment activities;
2. Al Kaleta violated the terms of the SEC agreement;
3. Both Al Kaleta and Daniel Frishberg are subject on an SEC investigation
4. Other branches of the government (that have criminal authority) are investigating Dan Frishberg and other;
5. Rarely do those branches investigate without the conclusion of either a civil or criminal conviction.
I report on what is presented and provide commentary on what it seems to mean. In this case, unfortunately, I stand behind my informed prediction that Dan Frishberg will be convicted and potentially spend time in prison. That said, I would like to say that he's innocent, but the evidence thus far suggests otherwise. But that is just an opinion.
