In this day in age she should have known you don't play you're own music. Even with corporate mentality dictates not even to play a song out of rotation you can get the axe. What she needs to do is forget the publicity tours about her dismissal and work on getting a real job OUT OF RADIO.

I guess so, in an at-will, nonunion state. But it should in no way reflect upon her abilities to do her job. She wasn't fired for breaking the playlist at work.
