Brett Wagner said:O&A may find themselves at the center of a Monday meeting. They are done. They really only have two major markets left, Boston and New York. Boston could easily move their afternoon show to mornings like they did in Philly. NYC is a different story. But, you can expect something local. I'm sure there are several shows around the country that I'm sure K Rock would like to plug into their slot. I just don't know who they are.

O&A are #1 in NYC. The only way they are gone is with a format flip simple as that.

Rockin Rob said:O&A have NOT lost their edge. They haveto tone it down for the CBS lawyers. Anyone remember the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction? Sure, I think the boys should be allowed to return to XM full time. They were being sarcastic about the flip since it was HOO HOO (Howard Stern, for those of you playing along at home) who blurted that K-Rock was going hillbilly. And no, NO MARKET NEEDS A DANCE STATION! Lather, rinse, repeat....
Sure, I think the boys should be allowed to return to XM full time.
I recently discovered "ignorant" was deemed racist as well? HUH?? When did that memo come out? WHAT IS THIS F'IN WORLD COMING TO?

Nick said:If they flip it to urban, or any other format, the outrage will be similar to what happened in Philly after Y100 flipped from alternative to urban. Another rock station replaced by a rap station. As if New York needs another. Country would be a good choice. If it's urban, it will probably sound like DC's 95.5 WPGC, since 92.3 will also want to compete with Z100 too.
