Me, too. And it was a joke. Doris stopped making records in 1966. There was a recording session in 1967, but nothing from it was released until 1994, combined with other unreleased material.
There was also an album released in 2011, when Doris was 89, that includes more contemporary material (a version of The Beach Boys' "Disney Girls", the Lovin' Spoonful's "Daydream" and Joe Cocker's "You Are So Beautiful") recorded in the 1980s. Doris didn't intend for the tracks to be released as an album, but to be used as background music for an animal-themed TV show she had at the time (Doris Day's Best Friends).
It actually made Billboard's Top 200 Albums list, peaking at #135---and went Top 10 in the UK.
To steer this back on track---Doris stopped making albums at age 44. Carly Simon recorded until she was 66. She's 79 now (sonofagun).
