The KCIT equipment went to KCPT (might still have been KCSD then; now it's better known as 'Kansas City PBS'), which was finally able to upgrade to color. That’s the one! Thanks for digging that up.

Hearst, Sinclair, and Gray do clear LIV Golf but not Paramount or TegnaSo does Kansas City, Vermont, and Southern Maine. We'll see but at this point in time, I highly doubt it. I think Nexstar will take advantage of this and have The CW on a KTXL subchannel.
Even if San Francisco’s KBCW doesn’t revert to KBHK, I have a feeling that its callsign will change, since I have a hard time believing that Paramount would want call letters that reference a network owned by a competitor. But I’ve been wrong before. To me, KBCW keeping that callsign after the disaffiliation from The CW is equivalent to San Diego’s KSWB keeping those calls, despite it having been almost 17 years since The WB ceased to exist and, like the above-mentioned KRBK in Springfield, MO, now being a Nexstar-owned Fox affiliate.
From what I remember reading in a 50th anniversary book that KCPT put out in 2011, KCPT got almost everything except for the channel 50 antenna which was auctioned off in a bankruptcy auction. The KCIT equipment went to KCPT (might still have been KCSD then; now it's better known as 'Kansas City PBS'), which was finally able to upgrade to color.
Sinclair and Corridor swapped networks in San Antonio some time ago, and you still today see CW on KMYS, and My Network TV on KCWX.
Also we didn't see Nexstar buying KUSI-TV San Diego as part of a ploy to get new CW affiliates.I didn't see Mission buying WADL I didn't see that one coming, most likely the new home of The CW be CW38 MYNET TV will be aired in the overnights in my opinion.

But in Sacramento Nexstar has a place to run CW programming in this case KTXL 40.2. it will be the largest CW affiliate to run inside a subchannel once KMAX loses their CW affiliation. Doubt KQCA would do that given Hearst role in running KQCA-TV to run NBCs programming in the event KCRA has to run breaking news and sports along with My Network programming.Hearst does have CW in Orlando, Piedmont Triad, NW Arkansas, Portland Maine. maybe KQCA?
I commented already if Nexstar wants to make affliation deals with rivalsBut in Sacramento Nexstar has a place to run CW programming in this case KTXL 40.2. it will be the largest CW affiliate to run inside a subchannel once KMAX loses their CW affiliation. Award-winning local news executive Kari Patey has been named vice president of producer development at CBS Stations.
In this newly created position, Patey will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, development and retention of news producers at CBS Stations’ 14 local newsrooms across the country. In addition, she will work closely with Laurie Orlando, senior vice president of talent strategy at CBS Stations, on initiatives such as developing new-hire onboarding programs and providing training opportunities for producers within the group who aspire to become news managers.
Patey will be based at WCCO, the CBS Station in Minneapolis-St. Paul, where she has been vice president and news director since 2017. She will continue to lead the day-to-day operations at CBS News Minnesota until her successor is hired.
If WADL and WKBD and WMYD are all independent, then there will be NO CW or MyNetworkTV affiliation there.No. MNT will be dead in Detroit. There'll be two Indies in Detroit because FOR SURE, WMYD doesn't want MNT back.
