I liked Y-107. It had very good personalities.
But it seems to me that of the 4 signals they had simulcasting the programming, the one on the Jersey shore was carrying most of the weight. As I recall, the lion's share of their advertising was for businesses in that area. That leads me to believe the other 3 signals were not doing much for them. They may have been better off as a Jersey shore station, or purchasing 94.7 from Family Radio, as Cumulus did later. The fact that the owners did not operate any other formats in the area and thus did not have a cluster may have also worked against them.
