It's a great combo, the 98.3/95.7 pairing, but not nearly as good as having 97.5. The 60 dBu of both stations combined leaves out almost half the Pensacola metro area and neither station reaches the beaches (or rocks the docks? LOL) or Foley, Bay Minette or Atmore with a solid signal.
In fact since I'm in Foley I can attest that picking up WDLT and WKFP with anything less than a solid radio with a good antenna is very difficult under most circumstances. Usually 95.7 is just noise and 98.3 is blown away by 98.1 and sometimes bleed over from 98.7 if it's a really cheapo radio.
Of course none of this matters to EMF, since they just snagged a nice C2 in a much bigger market.
