Other than that, you might want to do what I recently did. If you've got a Smartphone with unlimited internet access simply download an App that lets you tune into thousands of terrestrial and virtual stations from around the world. Then go to your local Smartphone store and get something along the lines of Plantronics K-100 Bluetooth In Car Speakerphone. It's both a Speakerphone, and a micro FM-Transmitter.

Simply set it to a relatively unused place on the FM dial (such as 87.9) and voila! You can listen to any station you want. If the station's broadcasting with 128 Kbps higher you'll be able to hear it in better quality than most of the stations on your local FM dial.
