This is a bit of a gutsy choice being in WJIE's backyard, and even K-Love puts a fringe signal into Bullitt County on 91.5 and 97.9.
Jaci Valesquez, a popular CCM artist in the 90's, is now the new morning co-host with Doug on Salem and WFBR. I'm not sure of the whereabouts of Kim Bindell. WFBR does sound similar to WJIE and K-Love. However, WFBR seems to be less repetitive and they play several older songs which I haven't heard on WJIE or K-Love in years. I believe WFBR was originally aimed to reach a younger audience. I guess there aren't many networks available for the younger audience besides WAY-FM or Air1.
