Date set for Houston Radio Reunion!

I am sure we will have folks show up who did not RSVP. I don't know how to handle it, but I am sure we will.

We may have to 'draft' a few folks to watch the door and qualify those who show up who did not notify me. I am NOT going to let it ruin my good time or occupy it, FYI.

*But, if my current boss shows up (who did not RSVP) she will get immediate admittance, free drinks and limo service home.
 
Well I ain't seen the ole jock in a few years and since he was like a second father to me I should be ashamed. But he was more like the second father who taught you how to do the bad stuff ;D Gonna be a hoot!
And funny but we are talking about Wes Johnson last week end and wondering what he's up to. Lots of folks I have not seen in a LONG time.
 
Well, if Wes and/or Brian Hill show up, I think we have Josh's permission to let them in. I think the cops call that letting them in on their own "personal recognizance." Like Josh's boss. I wouldn't want to be the guy with the job of telling her she can't come in.

Today was great! Josh, Andy, many thanks for putting it all together. I know it was a lot of work; and you guys rocked. I saw people I haven't seen in over 30 years. Brought back a lot of memories. I'm looking forward to the next one; and will help, if you need me to.

Hey, I called Wes (he retired from the City of Houston in April, just before they published his salary in the Chron) but never heard back. I think Brian's on-call all the time, so he didn't make it. Man, I haven't seen Chuck Contreras since Paul Christy started up "Classic Rock 1070" in the '80s (wasn't that the first classic rock radio station?) Too bad I missed you, Tom, I was looking forward to meeting you.
