In other words, that channel is kinda like their "VH1 Classic" or "MTV Hits..."
If only Dish or in my case DirecTV would carry MTV Hits

True, but at least they are 24/7. Not like freaking TWC. It's better to see a loop than Al Faker's face.Joe_Capitano said:You're not missing anything worth losing sleep over. The actual product so far is mostly hours-hold observations peppered with CNN news stories in STRETCHOVISION!!! (That's a Cardinal Sin!). They've actually run warnings that had Expired at least three hours earlier. Video quality is crap (at least in SD - can't speak for HD).
It's coming from this company, and there are clips to give you a general idea of what dish is serving up: weathernation.net

I bet one of the terms is that TWC promises to stop showing movies.

TWC was rather arrogant in suggesting Dish didn't want to pay "industry standard carriage fees". Let's face it, TWC is not ESPN, Fox News, or MTV. As suggested earlier, NBCU overpaid for TWC & saw this as an opportunity to recoup.
