There's no such thing as illegal anymore. [EDIT] It only follows that the stations who do it the right way should support those who feel that they don't need to obey the law. There is a sense of entitlement in this country, that unfortunately is getting worse, that will be the downfall of America.

Those kinds of cases are so badly backed up in the courts that it will probably be years before those orders ever come down, if they ever do.

It only take a piece of paper to impose a fine. Collecting it is another matter entirely.

True, I don't know whether they're making money or not; I was responding to a, perhaps, hypothetical scenario laid out by rapking. If they are, to quote Rapking, "making big bucks", the reasons I outlined are not expenses said "operator" is paying, therefore adding to the , supposed, bottom line.
