Discussing the existence of pirate radio is like discussing the existence of prostitution. I don't know that big buck and healthy bottom line (No double entendre intended!) is part of the logic in either discussion. The questions are: (1) is either activity good for the community. (2) does either activity actually build the general welfare of society?
