For the record,

Marc Mysterio has e-mailed me via MySpace stating that he had read some of these posts. I just felt that since his track is being commented, for the sake of fairness that if he had something to offer to "the table", especially since he is the center of discussion on this....that he would put in his 2c on his thoughts as well as his track.

Marc, if you are reading this...the door is open!

For the record, this thread has kept me entertained all week. From the insane airplay claims to the armchair quarterbacking from supposed experts that have never been an artist, worked in radio or promoted a hit. From the 1st time poster that writes strikingly familiar rants as an artist desperate to be noticed to the level headedness of some of the regulars here. Then of course, there's Jimi who is in a category all his own. And we love him for it! ;)

I've not answered the rants calling me "clueless" amongst other things, out of the ordinary for me as you know I love a good debate, because it's pointless when dealing with someone so desperate for attention that they fire off rants and e-mails filled with falsehoods and inaccuracies just to promote themselves. Check all the "major airplay" in the States as in example. If that's your idea of "major airplay" well then you might be interested in this bridge I have for sale in Brooklyn. In fact, I'd bet that our first time poster is mysteriously connected to the project but that's just a personal hunch having dealt with this stuff on the internet for many years. ;)

I find it funny that labels and artists from outside of the borders of the greatest country in the world (America, for those of you not from here) are always so quick to say why dance music sucks in here and how they know they can fix it. It's amazing how many labels, that I've spoken to or heard about that now believe that they are going to come into America and show us how it's done. They look at the radio panel as a joke. It's only a handful of stations, we don't need to do much to have a hit there. BTW, that's a direct quote from one of these labels. Well, I say "Good Luck" to you because if I rememeber it correctly, lately we've been showing you how to pick a record that can crossover to Pop. Remember that Ian Van Dahl, Lasgo, DJ Sammy, Cascada, etc were all hits in America before they were in countries like the UK and Canada. I know that the people that are running the dance industry in America are smarter than believing these people's hype. We'll be here next year. Will you?

Sorry for my "clueless" rant but I thought some things needed to be said. Especially, if we are not going to let this thread die the undignitary death that it so deserves.
