I do not see how it can be Jack FM. They don't do to bad in the ratings and their overhead is low because of no jocks. If it is a CBS station it would have to be 107.5 or 105.3. I also thought it was stated that it was a non Cedar Hill station

If Cumulus ever does put The Ticket on 93.3, they will almost certainly keep it on 104.1 as well, since those two signals almost perfectly compliment each other.

They are doing well now, no doubt. They also seem to weathering the storm from their FM competitors better than one would expect.
The question is how much better could they do if they were where >85% of the market's listening is: FM. Being on 93.3 would help their 25-54s tremendously. If you have an FM frequency that is not killing it, then a simulcast could make a lot of sense. i93 seems to be doing decently though. Certainly better than recent versions of The Bone.
