It seems kind of ridiculous to fire the jocks before you fire the MD or PD at a music station like JAMN. Outside of mornings, it is the music that defines the station, not the jocks. What exactly is the jock supposed to do in the 5 second break as be talks up the next song? If the listener doesn't like the song, they are switching the station, no matter what.
Who exactly is making these calls at JAMN to fire one person after another? The PD or the Cheap Channel hire ups? (Cheap when it comes to paying the actual people who make their stations run everyday, not cheap when it comes to paying executives who do nothing all day.)
