If those numbers are so spectacular, please post 'em. As most everyone knows Nurse Jeff and I drive a '76 Levi's Gremlin Special. What makes you think we can afford to subscribe to Arbitron? Like so many others, we rely on the Old Gringo for reliable and pilfered ratings!

And the only time we wear masks is on Halloween when we dress up as the Master Blogger. It's tricks and treats for normal people compliments of Arizona's Number 1 2 News and Talk Station!

The Nurse and I've always commented on 12+ numbers, as we're too damned cheap to buy Arbitron. It's the Luvable One, who after almost two years of waiting for KT'R-FM to take off, changed the demos to 25-54 in an effort to make the Master Blogger look good. We have no way to verify the accuracy of the above posted rankings, but we do recall the 25-54 rankings posted by the Old Gringo several weeks ago:

25-54 for Book, 6-Mid M-Sun

Regardless of how L 1 and the rest of the Central Av Cheerleaders spin it, KFWhyEye is the #1 News and Talk Station. And even without a PD, they beat the Master Blogger!

I was up in Phoenix this afternoon/evening... I just so happened to be scanning the dial.. and nobody here is kidding... J.D. honestly needs a producer!!! When he did his sports thing at KFYI back in the early 90's J.D. was ok.

I'm not gonna hold anything back I'm sorry if I offend anyone here but.. It was horrible radio.

Sorry CCR-Phoenix, but I have to be honest in my opinion. And I used to work with J.D. personally - Under the very same calls. It's not J.D., he's an alright host - it's his topics. You can tell when a host gets caught without all the facts, when the callers tree a host. He was up a tree tonight without a ladder to stand on.

Having earned my chops as a producer some time ago... and am now in the more lucrative profession of meat... I hear potential in JD's show... His problem... like a lot of former TV talking heads... is that he needs a dependable and very solid support staff...How long has that producer spot been open?....CC wants to pay entry level wages for one of the most difficult jobs in the building....Of course, JD could do his homework.....

Hip? Would you KNOW hip if you heard it? Did you hear what Jay said (and Jay, I have loved you since I was a kid in the OC and you were on L.A. radio, and I still do)? He said maybe this was the end of "radicalism" in the Valley if the 25-54 group was listening to KT'R. KT'R believes that to have an opinion is "radicalism". If you're talkin' about toasters, those opinions will stay safely tucked away! That's why I think Joe Crummey will never have a real show on KT'R-that guy is hip personified! TMISU would never put up with his opinions and those he evokes in his listeners, nor would he put up with them.
