He never did that in Birmingham either. That was always one of my biggest complaints about his morning show. K-104 should pull their public affairs coordinator and have them deliver the news daily on air and hire somebody that knows local sports like the back of their hand. One thing I've always noticed about his presentation is his targeting of the fickle, younger end of the demographic rather than the more loyal 25-34 year olds that also enjoy contemporary urban music (hip-hop & R&B).

They had that with Chris Arnold and Sam Putney.

They need to do something about KRNB's signal. It keeps getting knock off the air on my radio.

ON SIGNAL: They need to get better full market coverage, but considering how crowded the Metroplex is with C-grade signals that attempt is futile. DFW is like Atlanta, a major "move-in" radio market.
ON PROGRAMMING: I've noticed that DFW audience has never really cared for the full-fledged UAC format (hence why KRBV met its demise).
radioaircheck said:What if CBS took 107.5 and made it an Urban AC, would that work. I will have a better signal?
radioaircheck said:yeah, but would CBS do that. I don't think anything will happen to 105.3 until after the Rangers and Cowboy season is over, but 105.3 would be a good Urban AC station with a srtong signal. They might could get the floowing that KRBV did.
