Why has no one said this is rhythmic? Every time I tune in they sound like an urban contemporary station.

If they were top 40, one would expect at least a little modern rock here or there.

You are right this one. Its very alike sound all most urban contemporary station again?
 
It's rhythmic.
I checked the logs between 3:00-9:00AM. During all those hours, the only rock-sounding songs were the Fray, 3oh!3, and the American Rejects.
They played 3oh!3 almost every hour, but only played the Fray twice -- every five hours -- and the Rejects only once.

IMO, the Fray sounds out of place on this type of station.
