Like the new format--- way better than that un-Kiss-like format they dumped WFMX for--- but the signal still sucks. Maybe if they boost the signal a bit...

Yeah, Kiss 105.7 is dead. But the real death occurred when CC closed down WFMX! That was a true country station, which had a big following.
Wanna bet how long the new format will be in place???

Not true. You still have to create an image or brand, so they know where to come back to after they've visited. Much like a restaurant or office store would.
I do believe stations will be able to tone down the constant "spam", in the form of meaningless liners, that don't connect with listeners in any way.
