Dayparting MAY save the station, BUT they also have to learn to program more to than just an African-American audience. I realize the station has a rich history with African-Americans, but sometimes history doesn't pay the bills. Between 9am and 2pm weekdays, play more R&B/Urban focused tracks (with no Hip-Hop), then between 2pm until 10pm focus on Rhythmic R&B and Hip-Hop music (stuff that is played on Power 106 and KIIS-FM 102.7). Then later in the evening, a slow jam show. I am not saying this is a perfect formula, but it has to be better than what they are doing now. On Sundays, they could have an R&B old school show. Saturdays could be rhythmic all day long.
