More 80s New Wave Type Songs on KRTH?

From what I know, the KBIG MD will do a lot of work, but none of the daily music gets put into the system until the PD looks it over. Same with KOST except in that case the KBIG PD gets to check over the KOST PD's work.

Is there a particular reason why the PDs and/or MDs at KBIG & KOST have to look over each others work?

Both stations share a lot of titles both currents and recurrents, as well as listeners, but KBIG plays a lot of Classic Rock stuff that KOST can't touch.

Well, the KBIG PD is the AC director for the cluster, and as such is above the KOST PD. The KBIG PD is also the Ops Manager for the whole LA Cluster. He's the man responsible for all the changes over the last few years. I could tell you about him, but it would just look like I don't like him. Lets just say that what I've heard makes you wonder why he's even in power there at all. CC got him his green card, so they must love him, but everyone under him has the opposite feelings.

If I wanted to hear the 80's & 90's music, I would tune to a station that plays that music. Let's make one thing clear, I don't! I tune the dial to One-Oh-One, to hear the OLDIES. Not today's oldies mix, but the REAL OLDIES from the 50's-60's-70's. That's the music I grew up with, that is what I listen to on my MP3 player and Android phone. I know, I know, it is all about the ratings and $$$. So, KEARTH will lose one more listener... ??? So my point is, LEAVE KEARTH ALONE! ;)
