I remember reading that the FCC granted a reprieve for some FrankenFMs. Not all. I think they had to apply for it. I know Chicago's MeTV FM was one of them. I didn't pay attention to the article closely since there's nothing like that in my market.

Doing a quick search, here's an article about it. It's Alive! FCC Authorizes Last-Minute Franken FM Experiment - Radio Survivor

Bottom line, they are digital TV but the analog FM is still being temporarily used.

Those pay cuts that Rodney spoke of really "improved the sales of the V"! Next step is to get rid of all the staff and VT from other markets. That will increase billings!
