I am on the edge of buying a underdeveloped AM that has some advantages in a Micropolitan county below a major top 50 metro.... 80k in pop, and four AM's and one FM on the commerical side.... No to little localism and I am licking my chops to give that town and county something they will take ownership in.... Classic music, news, weather, sports and community events...
