JT is another delusional guy who was lucky, got a break, worked hard and now thinks he's some sports radio icon.

His show is forced, he thinks listeners have an obligation to be "prepared" to call a talk show. It's a fricken sports talk show where people yell, what do I need to prepare, I'm the listener. You make the big bucks - YOU PREPARE!

Whenever any host relys on callers to drive a show, he's not ready to deliver anything and thus uses the people who make him succesful to drive the show.

Most interaction doesn't mean crap. Entertain me, give me something other than yelling and I might consider you some sort of talent. Any hack can take calls and scream all night.

Has this guy even been funny, informative and not just a gimmick like his hero Jim Rome? I didn't think so.

Hater-J.T. was lucky? He is so deep in your head that he might never come out. Brick has more opinions on sports than any other host that you listen to. He also travels and hosts his show from more major sporting events than most, so that blows up your theory that he is not prepared. His passionate opinions are what drives you crazy, because you normally listen to guys who read fake e-mails. Get over it and respect the fact that he actually cares about fans.
 
Learn to read Mr Real Deal. I said he was lucky like most people who do well are. I also said he worked hard to get where he is.

The points you obviously missed are: He YELLS...his Callers YELL..and while that represents "passion and energy", it's a tune out for most people who really don't care about people screaming and having an opinion. The other fact: JT gets angry at callers who aren't "prepared". Only Jim Rome has that idiotic requirement that callers have some prepared script to read on the air or they don't get on.

Who cares if he travels to events. Jim Rome doesn't go anywhere and he makes 10x what JT makes and is on radio and TV. You can kiss his ass all you want, but you sound like his agent or just a nut case when you keep preaching how intense and opinionated he is. Nobody freakin' cares!

What is going on at Fox Radio? JT still has his job and Ben Maller is no longer there.

Ben Maller is ten times better than JT ever could be. I just do not get it.

A very sad day for Fox Sports Radio.
 
Keeping JT and canning Maller? it just doesn't make sense. I understand the other cuts, I won't miss Andrew S.
 
If you don't understand why J.T. was kept and Ben left, then you most likely don't have a checking account, live with your mother and wait out side your local station for tee shirt giveaways. Brick and Ben got along great and you are looking to start trouble.

Hey JT. Glad to see you checking in. I am not trying to start trouble, JT. I am just stating that Ben has much more knowledge of sports, treats his callers with respect and is by far the better host than you will ever be. Have you checked around the forums, JT. Everyone is agreeing with me that Ben should have stayed and you should be gone. It is not just me busting on you.

Oh by the way, JT. I do have a checking account and my mother is dead, so thanks for that. I know I do not have the great wealth of money you brag about, but I do okay.
 
Just listened to the last week of superbowl shows and JT was awful with looney filling in with lame interviews his last hour and re-running the run of the mill radio row crap most hosts regurgitated all week.

Todd Wright on Sporting News did his normal, studio based, lifeless, call less, boring preach fest of a show from his own home town?

Bruno was live at major venues, talking with big names, mixing in live calls and actual people at the remotes with energy, fun and quality radio. It's so obvious that any station exec listening to those 3 shows clearly knows who is doing great radio.

He even blows away those other shows with his new tonybrunoshow.com website. Where's SNR and Fox support for those shows?

The nimrod who keeps questioning Content Factory and its commitment to Bruno and Dan Patrick certainly doesn't know diddly about radio and how real companies promote real talent.
 
I don't like JT, Looney or their show... If I hear one more "slaving over a hot microphone"...
I'd rather endure Todd Wright on SNR...
 
during the fall, dan patrick registered a 0.1 national rating. He's off the radar , sorry.
Dan is taped in almost every major market he's in.
And bruno just got dropped in his biggest market, so he's off too.
Neither is worth the stress they create here.
I haven't placed a single ad on either show in months. And have no plans to.
 
My prayers have been answered.

JT the *rick is being demoted. What great news that we will not have to listen to this hack anymore in primetime.

JT has always been jealous of Tony Bruno and isn't it sweet that Tony is taking over his time spot.

Now let us just hope the *rick gets frustrated and quits and Big Ben Maller takes over for this worthless blowhard.

Thank you Fox for making your Sports Radio listening alot better.
 
Another thing I just thought of.

We will not have to listen to Lockstep Looney slaving over a hot microphone to give us scores.

By the time these 2 d'bags get on the air everyone will know what the final scores are.

Where JTs numbers down..? Maybe they didn't want to eat his contract so they moved him to overnights where he started at One-on-One Sports...
 
JT the Brick is an entertaining show. One of the few remaining national sport talk shows that takes callers. Love the way he handles the homers and fangirls who have trouble handling reality.
 
I think a lot of us could stomach JTB's show if they got rid of Looney.
