Rates for radio spots

I too am wanting to start my own studio and charge to make spots for advertisers. I don't neccessarily want to know exact rates but I would like some guidelines and what things I should charge for. What is a good range for 30's and 60's with one to two voices and a bed? How much for additional voices? How much for each additonal market? What else am I forgetting?
 
I get paid for doing spots. Some I get less than others. Think about your work load. Where do you start? What will make you happy? Would you rather charge $20 for a dry 30 and get 30 a month, or charge $30 and get 15 a month? Feel what your client wants. If they make life easy for you, and write good copy so you can get it done in 5 minutes, don't charge them much. Make em happy, so they get you more business, then down the road mark the price up.

While I agree phone #'s and addresses are nearly useless in a spot, this wouldn't be the reason. Only 1/4 of radio listening actually happens in the car.
