Any one that has been involved with domestic violence knows this is a common ploy to try to have domestic violence charge thrown out. I believed not a word he said. I wish he would just go away.
Congratulations on being what's wrong with out society.
"Innocent until proven guilty." -- Remember that lovely phrase? I don't care what it looks like to you. It was a complaint filed against the cops, period. Just because it doesn't look like you want it to means nothing.
So you're taking the side of Russ/Amy instead of the party the complaint is being filed against i.e. Southlake PD, right? How does that fit into your logic of "innocent until proven guilty"? If we followed your train of thought, then one should question Russ & Amy's motives and presume that the PD is the innocent party.
This whole escapade happened in July 2008. If Southlake PD did something wrong, why not make your complaint right away? What purpose does it serve to hold off other to get Russ into the news again? Anyone else notice that he shows up on a monthly basis with absolutely nothing new to say?
