Syndication for 2023-24

Rachel Ray? Still a rumor. Relative Justice idk, Funny U should Ask well it's up too Bryon.
Funny You Should Ask? I could see getting renewed given that his 5 court shows are in the middle of a seven year contract. So I could see something similar happening. I’m curious what are the ratings for some of those shows? Did they make any ad revenue?

Is Funny You Should Ask even new anymore because all the episodes that's on right now this season on our local fox Channel has been dated for 2020.

5 including the newest one Lauren Lake?

If reruns remain of Judge Mathis & The People's Court WXSP will keep both at 2PM for Judge Mathis & 3PM for The People's Court, I could see Steve Wilkos being cleared hasn't been cleared in West Michigan since Sep of 2021 & Karomo if NBCU renews that show on WXSP or CW7.

Same in San Diego, there's some people in one part of SoCal wanna more variety in syndication. Even in a midsize market that is highly competitive in newscast, people want more alternatives to newscasts.

I didn’t realize Nexstar had signed on for Family Feud. That means it could be moving back to WJZY/WMYT. Maybe Big Bang Theory goes to WAXN?

That didn’t take long
Byron Allen is doing judge Mathis new show so another court show. They definitely need to get rid of all those court shows they don't need that many. Reading the article Byron Allen said that with adding Judge Mathis new court show that will be 8 court shows under the Allen Media Group that don't count the Judge Judy reruns (most likely they will probably continue) and if The People's Court continue in reruns since they have 26 seasons and decide to continue that show in reruns and Hot Bench. There could be more that I might of missed but we definitely don't need 12 court shows a day.

Possibly, and I'm also thinking it moves back to WYCW 62 and/or WSPA 7 for the first time since 2000. WHNS 21 Fox Carolina had the rest of Louie Anderson's run and all of Richard Karn and John O'Hurley's Feud aired on WBSC WB40/WMYA My40 and sometimes WLOS 13. Except for season one airing on then WNEG 32 in 2010-11, all of Steve Harvey's Feud has aired on WMYA (and WLOS on and off).

So KTLA now has its own 4pm newscast since Feb 20 so what will be the the future for Karamo so does Steve Wilkos since their unable to secure a LA outlet for the show after KDOC became a TCT station. Either move to KCOP or KCAL?

Its currently airing at 2:30am on KTLA.

There's a lot of shows that haven't aired in the Des Moines market for awhile. Here's some that I can think of :

The Wendy Williams Show - previously on WHO 13 (NBC) but hasn't aired for awhile I can't remember the last time. I know the shows cancelled but I brought it up as Sheri was a replacement for this show and Sheri also does not air on any of the local channels. Only way you can watch it is if you get the over the air channel Bounce at 5am and it's a day behind.

Access Hollywood - this show use to air on WHO and KCCI before disappearing but it hasn't been on for awhile either. Plus Access Hollywood Live has never aired in Des Moines since it launched in 2010.

TMZ Live - This show has never aired since it launched in 2013.

Celebrity Page - Does not air.

Highway Thru Hell - this show also does not air in Des Moines.

The Song, Top 10, Made in Hollywood, Bloodline Detectives, Ring Nation, Heartland, and Murdoch Mysteries also don't air.

Reruns of The Rookie also don't air on Weekends and Missing hasn't aired on weekends for awhile last time airing on KDSM. Last time I actually remember seeing it on TV was around 2009.

WJZY/WMYT had it for longer than I can remember, even pre-Harvey until 2014 when it moved to WAXN. WJZY aired it midafternoon at 2pm and 2:30 and also 3 and 3:30 pm while WMYT aired it at 6 and 6:30pm. WAXN aired it at 7 and 7:30pm and 9 and 9:30pm for a while and then moved the 7 and 7:30 airings to 8 and 8:30pm Also WSOC briefly aired it at 12:30pm.

The Ray Combs version used to air on WBTV and later WCNC.

I could see Big Bang moving to WAXN to help fill the void in primetime if Feud moves back to WJZY/WMYT. It said in the same article about Young Sheldon being sold in broadcast syndication that it was sold for a third cycle beginning in fall 2023. Maybe Seinfeld from 8-9 and BBT from 9-9:30.

I wonder if Big Bang will also leave WHNS and join the lineups of WYCW or WLOS 13.2 (My40, formerly WMYA).

WCNC also aired Richard Dawson's original run of the Feud at least in 1979 when it was WRET, and WSPA carried the original Dawson and Ray Combs syndie. WLOS and WFVT (now WMYT) both had Dawson's comeback on the 1994-95 season of Family Feud.
