Thank You! My on air personalities live in United Kingdom. Let me know if I can make my station more bizzare. Dr. Dean Butler
You do realize iHeartRadio is going to come at you hard right? At bare minimum it doesn't make much programming sense to use the same name as another station in the same market.

I own the trademark and domains to MIX. By the way, whats the name of your radio station? That way I can make stupid comments to you. Dr, Dean Butler. I will await iHeart! I have a surprise for them.

You probably don't have a station because all you are is a negative critic.

I will let you know when iHeart comes that way you can be happy that some one is being persecuted, obviously you have nothing else to do but criticize.
You seem like the type that tell kids their is no Santa Clause because you are just a negative asshole!

So you claim to have a trademark to a brand that is in national use by multiple operators and cannot be trademarked on the federal level due to how generic it is? How come I don't see a filing in TESS?

And on the state level that has been in use in multiple markets for well over 30 years that can easily claim first usage? Plus you're operating as a pirate or simply an internet station who had the balls to put out a press release that a gullible television station had to remove because they had a partnership with the company whose brand you're squatting on?

This is really going to work out well for you...

Since you are so smart staff member. What are the guidelines for FCC with HD radio feeding translator???

This is about as bizarre as a certain individual that used to haunt the Houston board.🫣😱🤣
The word of the day is " Bizzare" not one person that has commented understand my operation structure. I am not under normal FCC regulations. Regular FM stations are. If you can get you an HD radio sub channel and mate it with an fm translator you now have a functional legal radio station with a max of 250 watt power on translator. People want to just step on others no one has commented about the excellent music choice only their opinions. Example normal FM has to ID on top of hour Hd Transmitter matted with FM translator doesn't have to. Ask FCC!

Yes you are, regardless of whether you are on an HD subchannel that is rebroadcast by a translator.

The HD signal and the translator are subject to FCC rules.

My dude, it's because it doesn't make sense. You're in a forum with a mix of industry pros and radio nerds, you're using an established name that's been in the market for 30 years. What reaction did you expect?? You got your attention now enjoy it, this is the biggest audience you'll ever have.

oh we understand. if youre on an FM translator, you need to be fed by an HD Sub channel, which weve indicated several times.. but whats also been made clear is that you arent on anyones HD sub channel.

What kind of Doctor are you.. a dr of physiology like Dr Laura Schelessinger?
