Since you are so smart staff member. What are the guidelines for FCC with HD radio feeding translator???So you claim to have a trademark to a brand that is in national use by multiple operators and cannot be trademarked on the federal level due to how generic it is? How come I don't see a filing in TESS?
And on the state level that has been in use in multiple markets for well over 30 years that can easily claim first usage? Plus you're operating as a pirate or simply an internet station who had the balls to put out a press release that a gullible television station had to remove because they had a partnership with the company whose brand you're squatting on?
This is really going to work out well for you...
