My guess is this is running thru the WABB Studios until the MSW is approved and the transfer to EMF happens

After Bob Dylan there was a "good bye message" then KLove was "potted up" from the sound of it.
 
pretty seamless transition...really surprised how slick it went.

I worked at radio stations that sounded more herky jerky when they transitioned from one talent to the next

Maybe I'm going deaf in my "old age", but weren't the calls given as "WLVM"? That would make more sense..."LV" for "love" and "M" for Mobile.

I am going to say WLVM .. the WLBM calls belong to a LPTV in Il.

Fooled me, I heard WLBM as well and even updated my site to reflect it. It's been fixed now. The WLVM calls already happen to belong to K-Love, on a station in Michigan.

Edit to add: I'm uploading my WABB and WABM content now. I'm really disappointed in the quality of the WABB recordings… a lot of static. I guess something was going on because I usually get full quieting from them — I'm only about 10 miles from the stick. So it will be online later tonight, but it's fairly noisy in places. Sorry.

The WABD stuff is crystal clear but not nearly as interesting!

I'll post links when they're uploaded. I've got the last 5.5 hours of WABB to go.
 
It usually take 3-4 weeks while their engineers get all the bugs out of the system. Once they are satisfied that everything is ok with EMF that the station is listed on K-loves web site. We went through that when WJKK in Jackson, MS switched over to K-love. Also, they may not change call letters until the agreement to purchase is closed. By the way, they changed call letters on the Air1 channel pretty much immediately because the station talent decided to go Online with their rock format. We got used to K-love because EMF did a LMA on 100.9 in Utica, MS. The station in Utica, MS was Old School Soul until EMF took over this station.
