I think so... and WPGC in Washington transitioned to FM Top 40 and wiped out WEAM.

Ingram did for a short time. He was at WKTU (when it was on 92.3 FM) for about six months in 1985, before it flipped to K-Rock. Ingram also did a national top 40 countdown show during that time. He never really competed with Kasey Kasem. :)
