WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CATHY BUCKLEY?

I am not sure if the Cathy Buckley who worked at ABC Radio News is the same Cathy Buckley. I do know that there is at least one person who knows the whole story about her who posts on this site. There is quite a story about her history. Anyone who worked at or around the stations listed above during the right period of years would know the whole story.

Now Charles "Chuckie" Newman.....now THERE'S a troll for the ages.
 
Isn 't that the young lady who went by the air-name.."Roberta W. Morgan"?? Somewhere I think I have some tape of her on WCCC in Hartford, CT. back in their CHR days.

There are a few people who post on this site who know the story. If they, or someone else, don't post the rest of story, at some point, I will. Right now, before I go, I will add a few other bits of information about her but, not the major part of the story. The major part will be told in due time by me unless one of the people on here who know, spill the goods. Here are some more tidbits about her. She was also a dj using the name of Roberta W. Morgan at WABY, Albany and WHYN, Springfield, Mass.

You are the first and only person to know that she was probably the all time greatest radio groupie ever. She went from station to station making herself sexually available to just about every dj at the stations that she frequented. Here is a partial of stations where she performed her legendary talents.....New York-WOR-FM, WWDJ, WPIX-FM, (The security guard wouldn't let her in WABC).....Albany-WTRY, WPTR.....Buffalo-WKBW, WYSL.....Hartford-WDRC, WPOP, WCCC-FM.....New Haven-WAVZ, WPLR.....Philadelphia-WFIL, WIBG.....Springfield-WHYN.....There were also some more New Jersey, Connecticut, New York State, Long Island and Pennsylvania stations. There is more to the story. At WHYN, with everyone in radio knowing her reputation, a dj whose first name was A. J. married her and she ended up as a dj on WHYN and there is more to the story. She went from WHYN, Springfield, to WABY, Albany, as a dj and climbed the tower at WABY and yelled "F**k the world" from the top of the WABY radio tower. I am surprized that nobody else knew this story because it was a legend and all true but, maybe most of the people on here are either too young to know this or didn't work in radio. Most of this took place between 1968-1975.

All the information listed above presented here is a culmination of the recollections of many of the people involved at the various stations who encountered her.
