WFNI was being simulcasted on WIBC HD2. so what ever is on 93.1.2 airs on 107.5 its perfectly legal. so the 10-3 slot if its on 93.1 its not original programing since Translators can broadcast HD2 signals. Cincinnati's 100.7/106.3 is a simulcast of WEBN HD2 signalBobOnTheJob said:WFNI and WIBC HD2 are two different entities. All they need to do is make sure that whatever is on WIBC HD2 is also on the translator.MacOConnor said:I hear WFNI's plan is to not simulcast on the translator all of the time. 10AM-3PM the AM would be local while 107.5 would have ESPN national hosts. Play by play conflicts would be settled by splitting up the simulcast also. Wouldn't this approach be considered originating programming on a translator and not within translator rules?
