WSBK rebrands itself

This I can confirm as of today as its now showing its old logo from 2010-2011, just put in a box. This will be both WSBK and WBFS' last weeks as MyNetworkTV affiliates. They go fully independent from next week.

And for WBFS, this will be their first time as an Independent and first time with the TV33 moniker... since my birth year, 1995.
hey were the same age!

Im born in 1995 yo

The month, I meant. I was born in October, yours probably in a different one.

I know we're going off-topic here, but that's the point I was trying to make.

Well, I'm wondering about the future of MyNetworkTV in Boston and Miami.

My prediction is that WHDH could pick up MyNetworkTV and that WSFL could pick up MyNetworkTV as a secondary to The CW.

Fox should buy Sunbeam and WSFL from Scripps. Fox did attempt to buy WSFL when Sinclair attempted to buy Tribune Media.

I'm not sure about that, and I'm also not sure if this move could leave Boston and Miami without any MyNetworkTV programming.

I mean thru WLVI and WSFL with WHDH and WSVN begin a Fox O&O. WSBK and WBFS might get CW even if Paramount reduces to just 12.5 percent share.

Big deal

for two hours a night they show re-runs of Dateline and other shows that have worn themselves out.

If the folks at Wyoming Blasting & Zoning TV can't find a way to fill 2 hours a night there is a problem

Oh it will because it won't be missed at all.

I checked WFOR CBS 4's website, and according to the TV schedule, WBFS is going to air the first half of MyNetworkTV programming from 8pm-9pm & the second half from 3am-4am starting Monday.

That's actually the wrong listings. I can confirm that WBFS is dropping MyNetworkTV programming to become an Independent. It will air two more episodes of Family Feud instead from 8-9pm and the two half-hours of The Drew Barrymore Show from 3-4am.

I hear Dana Hersey is still looking for a gig after Tanger sent him to the beach a few years ago

Bruins back OTA ?

Dream on. The Boston sports on OTA ship left port long ago. The "new" TV38, I guarantee, will bear no resemblance to the TV38 beloved by boomers other than its rebranding. The rest of the programming is likely to be 21st century sitcoms, courtroom reality, and probably more infomercials than previously to fill gaps left by MyNetworkTV.
