Yo!
It's Kevan from San Antonio Texas. Just thought I'd randomly ask over here, what are your favorite Internet radio stations?
Here are mine in no particular order.

Renegade Radio: http://www.renegaderadio.us/
Listen Link: http://renegaderadio.us:15400/stream
This is an Internet station for anything and everything. I know some of the DJ's and many if not all of them are actually blind, as I am. They'll play pretty much anything in many of their shows, though, and are great at getting my requests on the air!

GoRadio AllIn: http://www.goradio.com/allin
Listen Link: http://player.streamtheworld.com/liveplayer.php?callsign=ALLIN
This station's an Internet top 40, but it seems to have live (probably voicetracked but still cool) DJ's. At least it did when I listened. (No direct stream that I could find, sorry.)

StreetStyle Radio: http://www.streetstyleradio.com/
Listen Link: http://178.159.0.11:7516/listen.pls
An unedited hip-hop station with no commercials. I think they also do live shows sometimes, but I'm not sure.

San Antonio Dance Radio: http://www.sadanceradio.com/
Listen Link: http://64.150.176.87:8203/listen.pls
A locally operated Internet station for Dance music. Pretty cool if you're into that sort of stuff.

KHHA - 102.9 The Blast: http://keepinghiphopalive.com/
Listen Link: http://s6.voscast.com:8558/;stream0.841526037547737.mp3 (Paste into your media player if it doesn't work when clicked.)
Despite the name this is an Internet only channel, also locally owned, for old-school hip-hop.

Array.FM Country: http://array.fm/country/
Listen Link: http://stream-5.array.fm:8636/listen.pls
Just a random but good sounding new country station. No commercials, at least that I'm aware of. And it broadcasts at 160 KBPS MP3, which is a plus.

REWOUNDRADIO for 55-80 oldies with a deep selection and takes email requests most of the day.

CRYSTALRADIO from Canada for old tyme 'beautiful music' instrumentals with some more recent vocals thrown in too.

WIRY (Hometown Radio) WIRY.COM - an actual full service AM stereo radio station located in the North Country of New York State. A lot of live on-air jocks playing whatever genre of music they feel like playing! A WKRP back in time that plays LPs too!

I would have to say that all of the RDSN stations at www.rdsn.net are great, 10 stations all different genres, they truly have something for everyone.
I don't know if I'd call it "for everyone", but still, I think that's a good way to go. Looks like the present stations could all run under one SWC (Small WebCaster) Sound Exchange license. ABS licensing would probably fall into the minimum catagories. Bears watching.

If you are popular, it is very easy to go over the listenership cap, and then it gets quite expensive.

America's Country will return on December 1st!! We will feature a month of commercial-free Christmas Music and hit the Hot Country Hits hard and fast on January 1st, 2013! We've been on a hiatus for several weeks due to some personal matters but we're excited to be back! Watch our Facebook Page: http://facebook.com/AmericasCountry to win a free copy of Jason Aldean's new CD, Night Train!! Thanks and have a great one!

Mine, of course!

Plays exactly what I want it to play - when I want it - like right now, it's 5:03 AM and Robert Plant's doing "Morning Dew." Kink's next "Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy."

Try us, you might like us - and then again, maybe not.

There is no shortage of great oldies stations on line. By oldies I mean 50's,60's and early 70's. Among my favorites: Rewound Radio, nice mix..and they do special programming. Thanksgiving Weekend they featured four days of 60's..no song was repeated, which made for a very deep playlist. Flower Power Oldies and Atlantis Gold play 50s through 70s British hits, Tunedex memories and Top Shelf Oldies play many obscure 50s and 60s.. Pop Gold radio..another nice mix, Rich Bro Radio and Music Master Oldies also feature a nice mix, Radio Bop, Radio Bop 60s and Radio Bop 70s , Radio I0 50s,60s and 70s, Deep Oldies, Real Oldies, Oldies Alternative, OffShore Music Radio, and these are just off the top of my head.

Terrestrial oldies/classic hits stations, for the most part. are all 70's centered with a few 60s and 80s and about all of them have very tight playlists. KXFM in California is an exception.

I have a Grace Internet Radio and I can listen to deep, obscure oldies anytime. It's nice to have that alternative.

The Legacy playing Progressive Rock (Album Rock), Classic Rock and even some new bands with that Album Rock sound. If your tired of the "Classic Hits" format come to us as we dare to be different and ain't afraid of true musical creativity often lost after 1984 on most terrestrial Radio stations. Head to:

Please spread the word on Facebook so more folks can break away from the shackles of Top40 and Rap!

Yeah! Great list of online stations there! Even though I do like 70's and 80's, it's still nice to listen to 50's and 60's oldies stations to get those "lost" tracks you can't really hear anywhere on standard radio anymore.

I'll add one more to the list; this one is one of my favorites and one of the few true oldies stations still broadcasting on traditional radio (this station is not receivable where I live, though, so I listen online): Fox Oldies http://tunein.com/radio/Fox-Oldies-1220-s29104/

I listen to a lot of alternative rock music and my choice is Got Radio-Alternative. I like it because:

1- They play the newest music first (that's not B-Sides). I heard The Naked and Famous a few weeks before ever reaching Radio 104.5.

2- While playing the cutting edge new stuff, they don't play alot of the experimental stuff which some alternative stations do play.

3- Little active rock mixed in.

My other interest is classic rock and while I like the song pics by 977 MUSIC, I DON'T like how they play the edited non-extended version of songs. They played Long-Distance Runaround WITHOUT The Fish by Yes, for example.

Absolutely!

I like all of the Radio Bop stations, RichBro, KRTH-HD2, Hy Lit, and a newcomer from Philly, 56WFIL.

For More standards/lounge/exoctica, I personally like Martini in The Morning, Illinois Street Lounge, The Strip (a CBS HD stream from Dallas), and a couple of Live 365 streams (which may be VIP members only), Atomic City, and Kitsch But Chic.

For "Schulke-esque" beautiful music, there's Crystal Radio from Canada, Airstream (Austin, TX), as well as Radio Super FM from Brasilia, Brazil....which at night pivots from light classical to soft pop instrumentals with minimal interruptions (in Portugese!)
