This one about a musical duo - the No. 1 rock and roll duo of all time - is TV-related as they had their own show.jwk1979 said:It's not TV related, but I have heard for years Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks of Brooks and Dunn don't partically care for each other. They tolerate each other for business purposes but have verry little to do with each other when Brooks and Dunn are not performing. I've heard that it goes back to when their record label, Arista Records, put them together as a duet back in the early '90's.
The Everly Bros. Apparently, Don and Phil had a big falling out where one of them in the middle of a concert during the late 60s or early 70s smashed his guitar in anger and stormed off stage - in front of all the audience!
The other one continued on performing that show.
One, I read, was also jealous that he always did harmony whilst the other always did lead.
The son of that Everly that stormed off the stage said his dad told him he'd never perform with his brother again. They did reunite, of course, at Prince Albert Hall in London during the early-mid 80s for a fantastic reunion concert.
