to be playing "illegal power alien" once again...

And the same M.O. today as KFNN powered up at 5:59:13 AM. Again the signal
strength reading was identical after power up, at 6:15, 6:30, and 9:20.
A seven-watt PSRA? Don't think so. More like their 22 kw daytime pattern being
turned on way too early.
