In the middle of all those 80's songs...the Beatles? Uh...ok.

The signal can't be on at full power. I cannot pick it up on some radios that get WCBE loud and clear. Similar power and locations for their transmitters. Also, would Rob actually be able to create a non-comm community music station and survive? Who knows? I'm doubting that will be the outcome.

Going up Grandview Ave Thursday night, there was lots of fading in and out of the stereo.
On the drive down to Cincinnati yesterday afternoon, got a signal through the Fayette/Clinton Co. line, but again mostly with no stereo. The signal seems comparable in range to that of The Brew. WCBE had a stronger signal and pretty much had the range of the other full-power FM's in the city ..... at least according to my Bose FM stereo!
techie2 said:Crummy stereo generator maybe? Too much noise in the system can ruin stereo separation and make things drop into mono too soon.
del_griffith said:could it be because they use a Jampro antenna?
I remember someone in the 70's had a real problem with a Jampro antenna and could never seem to get one that gave them the signal and sound they wanted.

Let me guess, that cheap harris box??
If it involves the word CHEAP, it's definitely an option at Radio One!
